Hello everyone, I know you all are so upset with me. I had published my last post two months ago. So I am trying to make a balanced with my routine. I cook daily but I have no time to publish my posts. It is a great fun to share recipes but in this hectic schedule I just forget about the posts. 
So today, I am back with new recipe Soya Vegetable Cutlets. This is a perfect indian snack for evening. Just take a cutlet with sip of tea. It is spicy but not too much. You can do a creativity with these cutlets. You just need to serve these cutlets with Mayonnaise garlic dip. Just have a look on the recipe.

Ingredients

  1. Soya chunks- 1 & 1/2 cup
  2. Carrot- 1 grated
  3. Cabbage-1/2 grated
  4. Bread crumbs- 4-5 tsp
  5. Potatoes- 250 gm
  6. Green chillies
  7. Besan- 2 tsp
  8. Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
  9. Red chilly powder- 2 & 1/2 tsp
  10. Salt- as per taste

First take a bowl and add all vegetables into it. Then add salt, tumeric powder, red chilly powder. Mix them well. In last add besan and bread crumbs.

Make a cutlets of them. Heat the oil and shallow fry them.

Serve these cutlets with your favorite chutney.

Last night I made new paneer dish. You all know about white sauce. It is related to italian recipes. So I am going to share my something different but so easy to make recipe which is Palak Paneer with White Sauce. Yaah! It is a combo of palak paneer the indian cuisine and white sauce the italian cuisine. But it is so delicious and you must try this atleast once. IngredientsFor white sauce

  1. Flour ( maida )- 2 tsp
  2. Butter- 1 tbsp
  3. Milk- 1 cup

For gravy

  1. Paneer ( cottage cheese )- 100 gm
  2. Palak (spinach)- 1 bundle blanched
  3. Garlic cloves- 4-5 chopped
  4. Green chilly- 2-3 chopped
  5. Ginger-garlic paste- 2 tsp
  6. Onion- 1 finely chopped
  7. cardamom- 1-2
  8. Clove- 2
  9. Garam masala- 2 tsp
  10. Red chilly powder- 2 tsp
  11. Coriander powder- 3 tsp
  12. Oil- 4-5  tbsp

Recipe

  1. Take blanched spinach and make a fine puree of it.
  2. Now take a pan, heat it in medium flame. Now add butter into the pan, when it started melting, add flour into this. Fry the flour until it become yellowish.
  3. Now add milk slowly-slowly. Add little milk first then stir it well and again add remained milk and again stir it. Add pinch of salt and black pepper into this. When it become smooth sauce, take this sauce into the bowl.
  4. Take another pan, heat the oil then add chopped onions, garlics, cardamom, cloves and ginger garlic paste. Fry this in medium flame until the onion become baby pink.
  5. Then add palak puree, fry it too. Now add white sauce, garam masala, red chilly masala, salt and pepper.
  6. Stir all things in proper way. You can add some water too.
  7. Now cut the paneer into dices and add into the gravy.
  8. Cook it for 2-3 minutes and lastly sprinkle some grated paneer for garnishing.
  9. Off the flame, your palak paneer with white sauce is ready to serve.

Butter Paneer with Rich Gravy Recipe is such a simple and quick recipe. You just need to follow my steps carefully. The basic cooking steps you all know. Ingredients

  1. Paneer- 250 gm
  2. Cashew- 50 gm
  3. Garlic-ginger paste- 2 tsp
  4. Bay leaf- 1
  5. Cardamom-2-3
  6. Cloves- 3-4
  7. Tomato- 2
  8. Green capsicum- 1
  9. Garlic cloves- 3-4
  10. Green chilly- 2-3
  11. Garam masal- 2 tsp
  12. Coriander powder- 2 tsp
  13. Turmeric- 1/2 tsp
  14. Red chilly powder- 2 tsp
  15. Salt as per taste

Recipe

  1. Cut the paneer into dices. Fry them in a medium flame.
  2. Now wash the tomatoes and cut them into four pieces and also cut capsicum too.
  3. Now bowl some water and place the tomatoes, capsicum cashews and garlic cloves. Boil then for five minutes.
  4. Drain this and then peel the tomatoes. Now take all these boiled ingredients into the grinder and make a paste of them. 
  5. Now heat oil in a pan, put all dry spices into the oil along with finely chopped onions and garlics. 
  6. When onions become pink, add tomatoes into the pan. Fry them for few minutes then add all spices. Fry them well.
  7. Now add little water into this. Make a smooth gravy and add salt too.
  8. Boil this Gravy and add paneer into the gravy. Cook it for a minute. Your Butter Paneer with Rich Gravy is ready to serve.

Ingredients 

  1. Potatoes-2 or 3 big sizes
  2. Oil- for deep frying
  3. Cabbage- 1/2 bowl finely choped
  4. Honey- 3 tsp
  5. Peanuts- 1/2 cup dry roasted
  6. Onion- 1 finely chopped
  7. Chat masala- 2 tsp
  8. Red chilly powder- 1 tsp
  9. Black pepper powder- as per taste
  10. Salt- as per taste
  11. Tomato Suace- 2 tsp

Recipe

Take the potatoes peel it, cut it into long length and wash it finely until the starch remove.

Now take a cloth and wipe it to make it dry.

Heat the oil in a pan and shallow fry it. Then give some rest to your french fries for few minutes. Then take it into the plastic bag and seal it.

After an hour, fry again your potafo fries. Now this time, deep fry it.

Now take all the french fries into tissue paper so extra oil will remove easily.

Take a bowl, add your french fries,salt, black pepper, red chily powder and chat masala. Toss it for 2-3 times.

Then take all french fries into the serving bowl, add all rest ingredients into the bowl and again toss it.

Your Wild Go French Fries is ready to eat.

    1. Take your roties and fry them with caramalised butter.
    2. If you cant fry them so just try to make it warm.
    3. Then take your maggi packet and make it as per the recipe  describe on the packet.
    4. Now take your roties and spread mayonnaise and tomato sauce over them.
    5. Then add maggi into them, add onions and salt & pepper too.

      Take maida in a bowl, add sugar and baking soda into it. Then add water and make a soft dough.

      Take a small piece of dough and pat it on your chakla and give a round shape. Make a little hole into it and give a shape of donut.

      Heat the oil and deep fry it.

      Melt the chocolate and dip into all donuts.

      Freeze it for few minutes. Garnish with granulated sugar.

So here is my new recipe for all of you – Dry Fruit Chikki with Chilled Srikhand Recipe. I just love chikki but it requires practice. Practice makes you perfect. This sweet dish is awesome. You can serve it in this summers because it serves chilled. Srikhand is basically north east indian sweet. It is made by hung curd and with lots of dry fruits.       Butter- 1 tbsp
      Sugar- 1 cup
      Powder sugar-1/2 cup
      Dry fruits- as you require

      Take a pan and heat it well. Then add cristal sugar into this. Now make it golden then add butter and peanuts into this.
      Now add some dry fruits also.
      Take a plate and grease it with oil then spread your sugar syrup on it.
      Cool it for hours then cut into pieces.
      Your Dry Fruit Chikki is ready.
      Now take another bowl add hung curd and powder sugar into it. Mix it well.
      Now add dry fruits into this and again mix it well. Now chilled for 1 hour.
      Your Chilled Srikhand is ready.
      Now take a serving bowl add srikhand and take some pieces of chikki and garnish your srikhand with them.

      Cucumber- 1 big size finely chopped in round shape
      Baby tomatoes- 4-5 chopped in half pieces

      Now take all vegetables and fruits in a large bowl. Twist them well.
      Now take a small bowl and add hung yogurt and mayonnaise into the bowl. Whisk it lightly.
      Add this mayonnaise and yogurt paste into the veggies and add all rest ingredients into the bowl.
      Mix it well. Add honey and give a little stir to your salad.

      Ingredients

      Tomatoes puree- 2-3tbsp

      Mushroom- 250 gm

      Garlic- 3 cloves finely chopped

      Tomato sauce-2 tbsp

      Red chilly powder- 2 tsp

      Garam masala powder- 2 1/2 tsp

      Oil- 3 tbsp

      Onions- 1 big size finely chopped

      Red chilly- 2

      Cardomen- 3

      Recipe

      1. Take a pan, heat the oil and add raw spices into the oil. When the smell comes out add onions and garlic into the pan and stir it well.
      2. When the onion become pink, add tomato puree into this and leave it for 2-3 minutes
      3. Now wash the mushrooms and cut into big sizes.
      4. When the curry become dry, add tomato sauce and all masalas into the pan. If your curry is still dry, sprinkle some water into this.
      5. Add more water, when all masala become cooked, now add mushrooms & salt, and leave it for 4-5 minutes. Stir it in gap of some time.
      6. When your mushrooms become moist, switch off the flame and take the curry into bowl.

      Your Mushroom red curry is ready to serve. This curry has spicy flavor still it has the sweetness of tomato sauce. It has a tangy taste. This curry you can make at anytime. But last evening, when I was free, I thought that I must do something creative. You all know that for me food is the most beautiful creativity. So I used some left over food and made Big Juicy Burger for my siblings. If you always confused with your left over food so there is a good use of it. I used left over potato curry in this burger and it gave a delicious juicy flavor to my burger. It is a nice way to use any vegetable and give a tasty snack to your family. It is very tender because it is too juicy and I add more taste into this with my well fried French fries. You can add more flavors into this recipe with more fresh vegetables.       Burger bun- 2
      Butter for grilling- 1 tsp
      Left over curry- 2 tbsp
      Besan- 1 tbsp

      Take this patty and put it into the burger, spread green chutney and put tomato, onion and cucumber slices also into the burger. Add tomato sauce over the burger and make a perfect burger.
