Hello everyone, I know you all are so upset with me. I had published my last post two months ago. So I am trying to make a balanced with my routine. I cook daily but I have no time to publish my posts. It is a great fun to share recipes but in this hectic schedule I just forget about the posts.
So today, I am back with new recipe Soya Vegetable Cutlets. This is a perfect indian snack for evening. Just take a cutlet with sip of tea. It is spicy but not too much. You can do a creativity with these cutlets. You just need to serve these cutlets with Mayonnaise garlic dip. Just have a look on the recipe.
Ingredients
- Soya chunks- 1 & 1/2 cup
- Carrot- 1 grated
- Cabbage-1/2 grated
- Bread crumbs- 4-5 tsp
- Potatoes- 250 gm
- Green chillies
- Besan- 2 tsp
- Turmeric powder- 1 tsp
- Red chilly powder- 2 & 1/2 tsp
- Salt- as per taste
First take a bowl and add all vegetables into it. Then add salt, tumeric powder, red chilly powder. Mix them well. In last add besan and bread crumbs.
Make a cutlets of them. Heat the oil and shallow fry them.
Serve these cutlets with your favorite chutney.
